Sorry the picture is bad, this is from a project that never really went anywhere. But I still really like the characters and it would be cool to see either of them (take your pick) in a different style. The little dead victorian looking girl is names Elsie, and the the blue woman with pink hair is named Miss Ivy.

This is not my image but Meilin looks like this man in this picture. He's a hot handsome emperor. And he is a fantasy character. He's a heavenly ruler of a magical realm.
He could look handsome in your drawing too dear with a good looking body(a little bit bare chest like in this picture), sharp exotic eyes, wild long hair hehe.
