The Prologue was meant to be a foreshadowing/hook for the readers as well as giving a little background (showing that these two kids are important in some way, that they're wanted by the Queen, etc.). If you check out Ch. 1 (Rude Awakening), it gives a LOT of more context of what's going on.
I get what you mean about the speech bubbles, though; the Prologue was my first time working in the medium of digital media and it shows. I'm trying to improve on that, as you'll see in future chapters/episodes. (Again, still trying my best to improve!
