I write military history comics with 100% of the proceeds going to charity. I mostly write about military aviation. And given my poor health, I know I can't keep this up forever and would like it if other people took on things like printing, distribution, promotion, and such so I could just continue writing. However, I voted yes, but only because "It depends on the terms," wasn't presented as an option. If I could get Disney/Marvel/Lucasfilm/whatever company Disney will buy next to agree to contractual stipulations that the IP be used for its intended purposes, sticking far closer to the truth than the movie Red Tails did and using my books to raise funds for the charities I've personally vetted and selected, then I'd agree to the sale. Disney's usually a pretty good custodian of the IP's it owns.
And yes, I would very much enjoy Disney theme park attractions on the history of military aviation. Think Soarin' Over California, except instead of some calming trip over gorgeous scenery, you're flying an FA-86 Saber in a dogfight against five MiG 15's in Korea. Something like that.
