If you had won the lottery and you to turn one of your comics or novels into a cartoon or movie, would you?

yes, I've actually been thinking of Mirror Monster either becoming a cartoon series or a couple of movies (since I don't think it would be just one) when it's over, but I can't choose between those two.
EDIT: actually before I made the comic I was even considering making a game out of it

Funnily enough, a lot of my projects like DRGN were envisioned as either video games or animated projects before becoming webcomics, so I definitely would leap at the chance for that. (I actually want to become and animator or game designer myself.)

I was thinking after helping out my family... contact the animation studio that made Final Space and politely give them 1 million budget to made Life of Shiori a cartoon. XD

It depends on the value of the prize. More likely I would just hire normal artist to draw my comics quicker and better and/or started the development of visual novel by its plot. But if the prize would be really huge, than yes, I'd organize the creation of anime or movie from my main series.
But I doubt it will ever come true...

Nothing big like a cartoon or a movie, but you better believe I'd hire colorists and a few line artists to help with the load.

This would have to be money I'd set to the side, since I know I'll put most of the money away for savings. But that money left to the side would definitely be used to pay my artists and pay them well.

Def yes to a cartoon but def no to a movie. My plots and themes meander far too long for the structure of a movie and I am well aware of this fact. I also would rather see my stuff in a cartoon compared to live action as I always find it easier to make your “actors” emote properly when you can just draw the proper emotion on

Tho in all honestly if I won the big bucks I would prob first use it to pay off debts way before I use it for my passion projects 8’’’’D

Depends on how big the jackpot is.

Now if it was 1 billion and I was the sole winner, I'd hire an agent definitely. I would not try and fund the whole project myself, seems like a nightmare, but I'd definitely be interested in getting a good agent and nosing my way into the industry.

Any amount less than a billion, I'm just going to get myself a home, have all my expenses paid for, and just keep on doing what I've been doing.

hmmm... adapting twaw into a movie would be a great opportunity to like remake it into smth tighter with all / some of the kinks worked out, and i love film and animation, so... maybe.

i have some pieces of writing that i can picture very clearly as short films though, so i think id go for them first.
