Well Daecon has no idea what he's doing (he only just found out that he's a shape shifter yesterday). He will eventually grow into his Royal attributes, but for now he's just kind of a dick.
Evander is very fast but is also very meek. I dunno... are cheetahs meek?
Owen is a bit of a stuffed shirt, and in human form isn't particularly powerful, but his animal forms are large and in charge.
Leander is a big softy in personality, but his human form is short but very muscular. He is all about measured power: Strong, but smart enough to know when to use it.
Dion is an aging hippy type wo shirked his royal duties. He possesses great wisdom, which suits his silver raven form, but he is also a pacifist, which goes against his wolf form.
