Hi Buritsu, welcome to Tapas! I checked out your comic, I like it so far.
Feedback-wise, the linework looks nice and clean, and the proportions of the characters all look good. The small details that add texture to backgrounds and clothing and such really make a difference.
I think the main thing that would potentially make the art 'better' would be to add shading, like with screen tones or whatever works. That would help the art to look less flat and would be a powerful tool to improve not only the sense of realism, but the contrast and the ability to lead the viewer's eye across the page to the places you want. For example, in a panel with a crowd of people, it would be possible to manipulate the lighting such that one person in particular stands out easily.
Story-wise, it looks like it's off to a good start. The beginning is already interesting and has the reader starting to ask questions about the world and the characters' situation.
