Man... I gotta wake up earlier... Inktober Day 6! ^^
I have a portrait picture hanging in my room with an early Bullet Race Car on it. I decided to draw it. Surprisingly, the car looks relatively simple on the outside. But think about it. Back in the days, those cars were everything, but simple. Even worse. Those chains they used to drive their rearwheels, were incredibly dangerous. It managed to make a few heads rolling when it would snap because they were going too fast. Yes... what I mean is that the ones behind the steeringwheels risked their lives knowing that their heads could be whipped off by those chains...

But I would love to ride on one some day.

Seriously, if I do screentones for my comic, I will 1. not do the lines traditionally (the cleanup!) or learn to use that blue pen and 2. figure medibang paint out a bit more... and get more screentones. I wish I could use them in firealpaca, MB keeps bugging out on me.

These are all so detailed, holy cow, man! I love how much variation you have in your marks, too -- not only killer lineweights but really interesting lineplay!

And Day 5 which is a sort-of-portrait of my boy who lives in his hoodies.

and Day 6. I really liked using only the fine pine for the 1st one, so I thought I'd play around with that some more. It forces me to do more with texture than regular inking(or at least the way I usually ink). The fine line work also seems like it lent itself to something fairy tale-ish.

Time For Day 7!!! ^^
Here is a Halloween special! It "really" only likes going in the dark so I had to use up a decent amount of Ink to satisfy it. :S I guess I'll be buying new ink very soon!

I somehow seem to surprize myself in the last few days. I only recently started drawing again because of spare time. Looking at old drawings from years ago makes me think: My nerdiness!, was I able to draw this good? While back in those days I thought I was pretty bad at it. I knew I was getting better... but I just... abandoned it back then.
Now that I am drawing again.It seems that I never should have abandoned it.
