Hey everyone!

I've posted a couple of times but don't believe I've really introduced myself so I guess I should! I'm Kenn (or Chris, whichever you want to call me). I'm a 28 year old guy originally from the UK that moved to Australia around 2 years ago.

I have a web comic by the name of Starry Day that can be checked out here: http://tapastic.com/series/Starry-Day2 I'd appreiciate if you guys would give it a little peek. It's a bit of a labor of love from some ideas I've had from a long time and have finally come to fruition.

Although I've not had as much time for my additional interests recently due to trying to create enough buffer to ensure that I'm covered for my vacation I enjoy playing Vidiya Games. Admittedly my tastes probably haven't changed much in the past 20 years lol.

Hello everyone!
My name's Alvaro and I'm a Spanish amateur voice actor and (I guess) comic-maker. I've wanted to make a webcomic for several years, and I finally decided to start it a few months ago. Name's Hearts, and it can be found here: http://tapastic.com/series/Hearts1

I could try to describe it, but it's a bit difficult. I always have trouble when I'm asked to place it in one genre or another grin

Kenn, I chuckled all the way through your first episode wink

Hello everyone!

My name's Stephanie and I, only yesterday, signed up for Tapastic and uploaded the first chapter of my comic Wolf Years5. An epic about a girl who turns into a wolf and her journey to discover the origin of the curse that plagues her. If she can't find a way to cure it she'll at least make whoever is responsible pay.

Yeah, so that's my pitch. I hope you'll check it out and let me know what you think. I'm already overwhelmed and honored by the support Wolf Years has received here at Tapastic. I'm looking forward to expanding my reading list and connecting with artists and readers alike blush Nice to meet you and thank you for your time!

Hello Tapastic! \o/

I'm Rogahar, and I've joined your ranks with White Moon Waning1 - my shonen/shoujo inspired comic involving magic, ludicrously large weapons, hilarity, drama, impossible hairdos, and lots and lots of over-the-top combat. I welcome all forms of feedback, constructive criticism and chat on my projects so please feel free =3

FYI - the art style is a bit odd for the first 10 pages of the Prologue as I settle on a style. I got my hands on a copy of Clip Studio Paint around page 11 which causes a huge leap in quality stuck_out_tongue

Hope you enjoy! <3

I am a member of tapastic. I accept criticism. I have nothing to say except here is the link to my series. you might be a...3 one more thing, i enjoy reading comments from my subscribers. So if you have a problem or an idea, i will see what i can do to improve my series based off of your comment.

Hi! I'm a relatively new member here. I have 2 and a half (One's really just for fun) comics on Tapastic.

My serious work about the Christmas Truce of WWI:

Main site: http://christmastrucecomic.com/
Tapastic Site: http://tapastic.com/series/The-Christmas-Truce-A-Story-of-Goodwill-Toward-Men-in-Our-Darkest-Hour1

My completed comic about heartbreak and moving on:

My just-for-fun comedy comic:

'Ello, I'm "X." I really like interacting with everyone on the site and reading the comics.

Currently, I'm running a little slice of life called JABS3. Sometime in the future I want to upload a serious comic that I would be ready to draw out (unlike JABS that updates whenever).

Hello everyone!

As someone who has been lurking on Tapastic for a while, reading and browsing all the amazing comics here, I am so happy to finally be part of this community of wonderful artists and writers! smile

I have recently started posting my comic Burning Bright3 which will update every Sunday!

If you like adventure, fantasy, drama, and romance (and characters who are half human, half animal), I encourage you to check it out! blush The story centers around Keela and Bran, two teenagers from modern day Maryland, who are transported to another world – and find themselves caught in the middle of an extensive scheme of archaic rituals, corrupt politics, and betrayal.

I've already started to build up my reading list here, but two of my favorite comics so far are:
Strays
Season of Su1

I hope to discover many more great and entertaining comics during my time here, and I hope some of you will find the same with my comic!

– Erith El

Hi everyone!I'm going to introduce myself in a bad English (sorry I'm Italian and I don't speak English very well)!
I'm Mona, I'm the creator of Mona's Comics6, I'm a student of International School of Comics in Italy as an illustrator, but I love drawing comics, especially about life, so stupid and funny.
My favourite series on Tapastic is Randomphilia

I hope you can take a look at my comics and give me a feedback!!! I appreciate it!

Have a nice day!
Mona

P.S. Tapastic is fantastic! (little rhyme smile)

Hi! I'm Kialana, and I've recently started to publish a silly little slice-of-life about the subject of the painting "Girl With a Pearl Earring" and her adventures as an engineering student, Girl With A Pearl Earring Comics3, which currently updates Sundays. Nerds of many stripes will find her a kindred spirit, I hope! I'd especially love feedback on the style, which I'm never entirely happy with.

So far, my favorite Tapastic comics are Snailed It, Taihen, and The Graffiti Artists1. The Graffiti Artists in particular is very deserving of love.

I'm super excited to be a part of the awesome, friendly Tapastic community!

@kialankay - Very cool! Engineering student making comics? man...would love to see some of your unique experience shared in comics someday, perhaps?

@alemona12 - No need to apologize for english. this is the internet!!! We expect people to be international.

Thanks! I'm planning to make comics primarily about everyday engineering experiences, which hopefully engineers and non-engineers will both find relatable, and everyday college-student experiences, seen from the perspective of someone who never leaves home without a screwdriver.

Hi Im Moneydog, the author of Girls From Real Life3. I'm from Malaysia, awesome country with awesome culture and awesome food. I like to draw for fun, have not made drawing serious until my friend encourage me to open a page in facebook, which is Moneydog(Mandarin), and then my other friend Daryl, who is the author of MiniSteel, introduce Tapastic to me. I am happy to find that there are so much more people who are passionate in drawing and reading comics!

I am an interior designer who work in Kuala Lumpur, love to draw bits of what happened to me. It's fun to see when readers comment "SO TRUE!" or "EXACTLY!", like they have the same experience like I do. With all the supports from you guys, its a great motivation for me to keep on drawing! I love all of you in Tapastic!

"KISSES THROUGH THE SCREEN!"

@evonnechua - Your comics is so genuine and honest. When you wrote..

...that is philosophy and mindset that we want to remind all comic creators. There are so many creators who ask, "How do I get fans? How do I get readers? Make comics is so hard, how do I find the time?" I tell them that the answer is in front of you. When you create something fun for your friends, they become your first fans + evangelists. They will help you get more readers. They will help you set up your first FB page. They will tell you to share your own on Tapastic. They know you deserve more fans. They will give you energy to make more comics because it's fun to make things for your fans and friends. You have figured out something that many struggle to figure out on their own. Comics is not just about making pretty line, painting pretty colors, etc. Comics is mainly about sharing a piece of you with the world in a very genuine way. Please share this secret with other people at Tapastic. We love your work. We think it's amazing. We think it's hilarious. Through your comics, we feel like we know you and want to get to more about you!

so touched to have open up this page and to know you guys! :')

yes, before that i am so worried because i only can draw on paper, people might not like my stories, nobody would read it, i have to commit and update consistently, it's a waste of time... etc... all the negativity! that's why i'm not brave enough to open a page!

but after all these time, i just keep drawing what i like, what happens around me and people around me, eventually gives my comic my own personality, a personality that people recognizes me once they have seen my comic!

i hope you guys just do it the way you want! no matter you draw it on paper or digitally, like Min just said, "sharing a piece of you with the world in a very genuine way!"

This is very true. This is actually my second attempt at webcomiking, the first time I got caught up on making it succeed and it ultimatly failed. This time its about having fun, writing a story I'm proud of and having fun with my art and showing it to my friends.

(sigh, writing on a tablet equals pain)
