I'm Jannette, aka Jante. I'm currently managing Rogue Horses, a comic about life, video games, literature and pretty much anything. I am also working on a second web comic with my sister, of which is going to be more plot driven, and hopefully out soon.

I am inspired by many other artists on Tapastic and avidly read Samantha Whitten's comics the GaMERCaT and Strays. I also find that my style is influenced by Strays, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Ben 10, just to name a few.

Hello. I'm KG Schmidt, aka Aetherbocks, and it's a pleasure to meet you.

I'm the writer and artist of The Creativitree, a short story I completed at the beginning of January 2014 about a kid with an extraordinary gardening project. The Creativitree can be read in its entirety, for free, here on Tapastic. (For those who are interested, there is also a limited run of dead-tree copies of The Creativitree, which I am offering for 10$ on my Tumblr.)

I have many more stories to share, ranging from 30-40 page short stories, to larger endeavors that I'm training myself up for.

I'm a voracious reader of webcomics. I was lured onto Tapastic via Oxboxer's praise of the site on their tumblr blog, and of a friend's recommendation of Thermohalia. I came, I saw, I signed up, and I've been building the fort walls of my to-read list ever since.

As for interests and influences outside of Tapastic, here's some fanart I recently made of the eight leading characters of a few of my favorite webcomics, with links to their sites. Other favorites include EK Weaver's >Epic Adventures of TJ&Amal, and Minna Sundberg's A Redtail's Dream (Completed)

I'm Katta, a cold norwegian who found her way to tapastic on the lookout for some good comics.

I'm currently in the process of posting my comic Deathangels, so check it out!
It's about three demons who curses humans out of boredom, but one day something unexpected happens..
The story focuses more on the eerie setting and the visual, so there's not a lot of dialogue. But don't think there's not a story behind everything just because of that..!!

Aside from creating, I also love reading comics.
Favs include Fisheye Placebo, Hell Kitchen and Thermohalia.
If anyone has any recommendations, shout out!!!

Hi all! I'm Viscoun, a kid from Hong Kong currently studying in the UK. Big fan of prog metal, football and anime - that totally tells you a lot about me, doesn't it?

I originally came here to read the awesome toons available on display, but after following a few series, I sort of got inspired to make my own one. I'm not all that great at drawing though, so I might put what I'm doing on hold and try my hand at other things for the moment. (In case you're wondering, my series is here.)

I hope to meet more awesome artists around here. Still quite new to the community, but I'd really love to expand my reading list at least tenfold by the start of summer (or winter for all you Southern Hemisphere folks.) So let's get along ^_^

Tales of Pylea is a collaborative effort with a friend. He writes, I do the art. It's a Fantasy comic in a Victorian-esqe setting about immortals trying to consume each other to gain their powers. Has some light comedic moments because total grimdark is depressing yo. I'm sure we all enjoy our silly moments.

My favourite genre is Fantasy or anything with fantastical elements because I always love me some escapist stuff.

Hi~ I'm Mesiah, the writter of Karmore Academy, and Karzix is the artist. We are from Spain.
We are both studying informatic engineering and we are just entering this world of webcomics.

Our first readings here, in tapastic, were The Gamercat and Fisheye Placebo, we liked the community and finally we decided to make our own webcomic. We don't have enough free time to make a webcomic with a complex plot, so we decided to make something funny and relaxing to write and draw. Maybe we'll make more webcomics in the future~

Alice is new to this site and hopes to make lots of new friends. Yes, Alice does refer to herself in third person. Alice is currently in the midst of transitioning between secondary and post-secondary school, but Alice has no life so Alice hopes to update her comic frequently as possible!

As of right now, Alice has yet to post her comic because Alice is still undergoing that tedious process of working out the bugs in her plot and whatnot, but when Alice puts it up, Alice hopes that many people will read and enjoy it ^^
