Does it even have one? As far as I know Tapas has been created as an English platform, later got bought off by a Korean company Kakao but while it hosts lots of Kakao imports in its premium section, it's not an English version of any Japanese/Korean site

Or are you asking about Japanese webcomic platforms in general?

The closest the Japanese have to Tapas is https://piccoma.com/web/41 but it appears to be region locked. Before that it got region locked it has several Kakaopage webtoons and some Tapas webtoons like The Beginning After the End.

As to what kind of webcomic platforms exist in Japan, the market is utterly dominated by Koreans with Piccoma and LINE Manga taking the majority of the Japanese webcomic market. Other companies exist like Shonen Jump app, Comico, and Renta.

I know Pixiv6 is a popular art site which can let you post your own web-mangas too. Hope it helps!

Medibang? You can definitely publish manga there.
Tbh if you know Japanese, it would be easier to google for such info in Japanese

The Japanese webcomics market, when compared to South Korea's, seems a bit underdeveloped. As I said, the market is heavily dominated by S. Korean companies, I guess Japanese readers love those reincarnation romances.. Comico and Renta are some of Japanese companes that deal with comics. The Shonen Jump App is a newcomer.
