I mean the blue hair does not have to be attached to the characters’ head right. Decorative hair pieces also count.

the decorative pieces are made of hair? from what creature?

Daecon had blue hair at the start of the story:

...But it was only dyed and has since turned white:

Jake, a tertiary character that I have decided that I like and so have big plans for him, also has blue hair. Unlike Daecon, his hair is naturally blue. As with Daecon he is a shapeshifter. His bird form is a blue jay. His mammal form is a blue Arctic Fox (but really blue).

Now, they are probably made from dyed horse hair, but historically they were made with the scalp of their enemies. They stopped doing that centuries ago.

Technically fire, but I feel like it still counts as hair.

Xivian’s hair is also technically blue. Just very dark blue. At least that’s how I usually draw it. Sometimes it probably doesn’t look like it though.

I have one. It's Tomara Tan from Psychoborg. She is a paper witch, the head archivist of the Luminous Empire and one of Astra's friends.

Only have one, Reina, she only has blue hair when transformed.

Mara-Nina... temperament of a fire user (and a fire user) but color scheme of a water user

I really thought her hair was green. is it the lighting?

Subie the Subaru Crosstrek XD

Yeah it's the lighting. Afternoon around 4 or 5 pm. And combine fire attacks.

Here's her more normal lighting color scheme
