Hmm, I’m quite bad with this, especially when the height is in feet because I live in Europe lol. (Also because I’m 5’9” but still short here.) But I’m quite sure I have characters shorter than that.
For starters, Tao:

She’s the second shortest character in the story if you don’t count the children. I drew her with her brothers once who are both quite tall, but I still have to find that picture…
The shortest character in the story is Rei, but I don’t have a decent enough picture of her yet. Here’s a super ancient picture of these two short queens together:

Nono is a demon who looks and acts like a little boy. So he's about the size of a child who is 8 to 10 years old.

Sounds about right. Most of my short characters have at least relatively tall friends. I'm fairly short and all my siblings are taller than me except the grade schoolers lol
