Christopher George's eyes are blue with flecks of green. He gets the blue eyes from his dad and the green flecks from his maman's side, though his maman herself has dark eyes.

A lot of Siamese-style cats have blue eyes. My Stewie was a Flame-Point Himalayan and had blue eyes.

A weird bit of trivia: Cats with all white fur and blue eyes are usually deaf. Stewie was not deaf, but he was very farsighted, almost to the point of being blind, due to his crossed eyes
