I know what you mean. I use to have that problem when I was initially hosting my first comic here and I hardly was getting any views and it bothered me for a while so I decided to take a closer look at the writing. I realized that maybe the story was boring. it got to a point where I lost motivation and decided to drop the entire comic. and started a new one.
I'm not saying you should do the same thing. I think in your case it might help to have someone read it and critique it for you. maybe it may give you closure. that's what I should have done instead of dropping it. but it doesn't matter now because the new one is doing way better than the old one would have anyway.
so like I said before, maybe have someone read it and send you a personal critique and see if that helps.

I can't complain because I've got over 7.5k subscribers over there and now get a multitude of comments with each update, but I will point out that losing subs is very normal for me. I think I've lost about 150ish over the last month, and each update means a sharp decrease.

I read that you can only subscribe to 100 comics? If that's true, then maybe people unsub so that they can subscribe to new titles.

My growth in sub count ebs and flows, I usually lose them, then I'll get promoted and I'll see a huge influx. Surely what's currently happening in the story has something to do with it too.

I got 14k+ and 25k avg. views. but now my views are declining to 11k

I can't publish a comic cause the thumbnail entry won't accept any of my thumbnails. Am I the only one getting this problem?

Did you use a PNG file format? Webtoon only accept JPG. Also you should resize your thumbnail to 160x151!

I made them jpg. But I thought the size was supposed to be 436x436?

Webtoon is 160x151
And tapas is 300x300 I think. It's what I have always been following.

I'm sorry there is no way for me to give you a link because the "Add new episode" URL is unique to each different series. Just go to your dashboard and hit "+Add Episode" under your series name, it should take you to that place.

thats weird. and your image is .jpg? may try refreshing your browser. or try a different browser

Ah! You mean the series thumbnail, not the episode thumbnail. Got it. 436x436 seems to be fine if that is the case. Either check your file format (you said it's JPG so that should be fine) or check for you image's size. Make sure it's less than 500KB. If it still doesn't work try a different browser and see, it should work.

436x436 is the size for the thumbnail for the series
160x151 is the size for the thumbnail for each episode

there are also data size caps I believe so you may be violating that
