Lineart in clip paint studio?

For those that is using Clip Paint Studio, how do you guys do your lineart? My lineart always seem ragged and not so smooth looking for me???

I make a new vector layer to draw my line art on. Then I put my G pen's stabilizer to like 43 and go at it. I use the vector properties to edit mistakes, move lines around, and the vector erase to erase stuff. It works for me pretty well and looks decently smooth

find sub tools and make use of the direct draw tools, especially Continuous curves and Polly line this will help give you smooth lines and you will speed up using the tools as you practice with them.

More or less what I do too. The vector layers are so nice in that you can do stuff like fix a line after its drawn or get lines to cut off where they cross with the vector eraser.

I do find that the redraw line tool can be a bit shonky though, you try to correct one part of a line and a different part of it moves and before you know it you're redrawing the entire line.

I use The G Pen stabilization at 12 and antialiasing off. Everything else at default values.
You should show an example of what is happening to your lineart. Maybe you just need more practice.
Also resolution can be a factor, a lot people i see worked with low res. I ussually work at 625 dpi (and reduce that to 400 when finished)

Yes use this too! Also don't forget holding shift when on the pen tool can work as a straight edge to make your straight lines if you're too lazy to switch around.

There are also build in perspective rulers for backgrounds, although I personally have not used those because I'm too used to just doing things the old fashioned way.

Another suggestion for lineart (although not software specific)is doing longer, quicker and more confident strokes- this usually produces smoother lines.

I'm traditionally trained so this is what I normally rely on. I'm still somewhat new to the digital drawing game and wrapping my head around all the different settings and tools sometimes gets the better of me. hahaha Learning some good old fashioned drawing techniques with a steady hand will always help. You just need practice. I would also suggest to try drawing with your whole arm rather than just with your wrist and take advantage of the vector erasing tool.
