I think The Woken ticks most boxes to a degree.

It's got alternate history, (ancient Judea and ancient Rome so far, more to come) it touches on ideas like the nature of reality, the meaning of mortality etc, the main character has deep seated personality issues she's carrying from her childhood, there are some short action scenes so far, (more to come) and it deals with concepts like libertarianism vs authoritarianism, globalism vs nation states, censorship etc.

Heyo! Well, I run a comic that fits the Spiritual/Philosophical elements, Mental Issues (honestly characters fighting anxiety and depression on a fairly literal level is a big theme in the comic), pooossssibly Great Action Scenes (hard to tell from the author's perspective!) and to some extent, Political and Social Themes. It's a daily comic somewhere between sci-fi and slice of life. Definitely worth a look.

It isn't that historical, because it is scifi, but it is inspired by history, if that counts. In the Comic I deal with a lot of things like philosophy, ethics, political and social themes. I don't know if I lay my main focus on topics like mental issues, of course some of my characters aren't that normal, but take a look at it yourself.

Well, I think my comic (only two pages so far so slowly growing!) very lightly touches on more than one these topics, but not in an obvious way. When it comes to mental disorders, it's more... allegorical. Social phobias, insomnia, etc.
