Theevan. There's little dialogue, if I remember correctly. My best guess as to what it's about is a kid(?) trying to revive his friend (mom?) after an accident. The visuals are surreal, honestly the entire movie is. I will say though that the person who made this film put their whole heart into it and I can respect that. I haven't rewatched it all that much, but I enjoy it every time I do. It's about 30 minutes long.
For a higher production example, Cipher the Video. There is no plot. It's just scenes. It has a four-song soundtrack full of 80's song covers featuring a performance by not-Phil Collins! Footloose is played like three times? Twice in a row! Despite being an anime, the original (and only) dub is in English, but the voice direction is very off in a way that you can tell whoever was in charge of that was not a native English speaker. And I have some context for why the movie is like this, but it's so much funnier to watch without. I've rewatched it so many times. It's so bizarre. I love it to death. It's 40 minutes total, but after 25 minutes is mostly behind the scenes stuff. I recommend watching some of that too. It raises more questions than it answers.
For Cipher though, I do wanna give a warning for (implied?) incest at these times (19:13-19:19, 19:26-19:41) It doesn't really impact the rest of the movie at all, but I don't want anyone to be unpleasantly caught off guard by it.
