Yeah this is exactly how kittens are (your cat is such a cute darling, ps), they scratch and bite a lot, so I'd protect all your furniture with makeshift fabric covers until it gets older and slows down. But the key to happy and chill cats is that they do need to exercise, and because they're predator animals, they exercise in short and insane bursts of energy until they basically pass out. Like miniature cheetas. So, I would play around with toys that you can have out so the kitten can get it out of their system when it's 2 AM and you need to sleep. Like this type of thing
where then the kitten can just go nuts while you can do something else. Just whenever the kitten gets rowdy, know that's because it wants to hunt and play, and for kittens that hunting and play is how they grow strong bones.
Some kitten owners are cool with using their own hands to play with their kitten, but I like to use a toy instead. Just always have a toy around to sort of pull out whenever the cat gets freakin rowdy, and then play with them until they start grooming themselves or go to eat. If you stop playing with them midway they may seem disinterested, but are actually still in a hunting mood and may just start attacking your feet or something.
Overall though, you can't train a cat the same way you can train a dog. Most cats will not care. You can only remove them from the situation and put them in a different room with a toy they can play with, or just play with them until they become more calm. And if the behavior is really aggressive--cats like to be up high in trees in nature, so investing in a cat tree or maybe stacking some boxes in a way that the cat can climb to a high place can help soothe their anxieties and maybe keep it from climbing on you all the time.
