OK, so I've seen others doing these DTIYS events, and I've even partaken in several. I enjoy adding my touch to others' characters, and I love seeing characters drawn in a bunch of different styles.
Also, Finding Daecon's Way is currently in a bit of a hiatus as I try to deal with the health issues my elderly parents are having, and I'm kind of in a funk about it, so I need some cheering up. Outside of my parents magically getting all better (not going to happen), nothing would cheer me up more than seeing some different takes on Daecon's look, so here I present my very first DTIYS event.
The rules are simple: No NSFW/Porn. You can draw Daecon making out with Evander or even one of your own characters, but please keep the naughty bits covered. Entries should be submitted by 29 February at midnight (time zone doesn't matter - just know that when I wake up on 01 March the challenge will be over.
All submissions will be featured in a special episode of Finding Daecon's Way and also in my art feature, Side Glances.
The winner will be decided by a combination of likes and my own personal preference.
The prize: I will attempt a full colour commission for you. I've never done a commission and am not even sure what one is, but I will do my best (I'm assuming it just means I'll do a drawing for you - the only rule here is that it will also need to be SFW as I'm uncomfortable drawing smut). The commission that I do for you will be yours and will free for you to use in any way you please, though I will also feature it in Side Glances and Finding Daecon's Way.
So, with that said, here is Daecon. He is a Shapeshifter and can make his wings and tail appear/disappear. He has dark skin, "elf ears", long white hair, and heterochromic eyes (left is ice blue, right is cobalt blue).

He lives on modern earth but you can put him wherever you want, in case you want to draw him in a world or time that suits you.
