Whoops! I was wrong. Maurice Sendak was an illustrator for Little Bear, but it was written by Else Holmelund Minarik. I think the reason I got confused is that the NickJr show is officially titled "Maurice Sendak's Little Bear". I'm guessing it had to do with him being an executive producer (according to Wikipedia) and that his name is easier to pronounce.

I remember watching liquid television on MTV in the early 90s, they showed it from
1991-1995 so many of will not know about it. My friends didn´t know about it because
they showed it in the middle of the night on thursdays. One of the animes was Aeon Flux
which is probably the most popular one. There was also a lot of trashy underground anime
which was pretty cool
