If you want it for free you might be able to find something similar on sketchup (no guarantees). There are also a few free 3d models for castles on the clip studio assets store if you use csp.

It would be hard to find someone to make a model like this for free, so you should try to learn how to use programs like blender to make it easier for yourself later on.

I use SketchUP 2017, its free. but if u need crowd etc you can find good brushes on clip studio :stuck_out_tongue:

A word of warning that Sketchup models have some pretty serious licensing rules, so I'd recommend using them for reference, not pasting them into backgrounds directly.

When you want your individual 3model you can look on fiverr.com
there are a lot of 3d artists and it isn´t even expensive and when you use it again and again, why not
have your own 3d model?
I tried everything for 3d models, sweethome3d for rooms, sketchfab, screenshots from the sims
and so on. I don´t want to learn 3d modeling.
I recommend to always change the screenshots and just use it as a reference picture for your
own illustration, I think it looks better and you will not get into copyright trouble

On the other hand, never use Fiverr since it promotes wage deflation. You wouldn't ask a painter to do you a full-color commission for $5, why 3d artist is any different?

3D artist here!

If I were you I’d try looking at models for references instead of for direct use. Models aren’t cheap, and the more detail something needs/has the more expensive it’s going to be.

The image in your example would be fairly easy to model since it’s doesn't require much detail, is an exterior, and is in the distance. It’s also not textured. For something like that I’d probably charge ~$75, but other artists have different pricing depending on experience and what programs they use.

Interiors are expensive. A good palace interior render (one room) could easily cost hundreds of dollars.

Another option is to look at photogrammetry models for reference.

Take a look at Sketchfab. There are lots of 3D scans of real places there and even more lowpoly models. Most of them are free.

ACON3D9 has a bunch of wonderful assets that people use for their webtoons, but you have to pay for them though. On the bright side, you retain all the rights of use after purchase.
They constantly have sales and coupons, so definitely be on the lookout for those if you're on a budget!

That is a good point and with "it isn´t even expensive" I didn´t mean to advocate slave salary

3D art is hyper competitive, so I can see hobbyists using fiver as a good way to gain project experience. I haven't really looked into it at all for myself though.

Ther are a few reasons 3D art is so expensive. First is the harsh learning curve. It takes a lot of time to learn, especially if you’re self taught. On top of that are product licenses. Blender is free but it's not industry standard by any means. The commercial license for the program I use (3DsMax) is $1500 a year. If you want to render good realism that's another software (~$800 a year). If you need to scupt (like for organic models or characters) that's another $800 a year. If you want to be able to texture there are a a few options but most people use either photoshop ($20 a month) or substance painter (~$40 a month). I haven't even gotten to how long any given project would take time wise and that's about:
-$3340 a year.
Animation is another layer on top of all that as well.
