Hi everyone! I'm Em, and I'm really excited to join the tapastic community. I started posting my gothic fantasy webnovel Fractured Magic today, and I'm hoping to find other writers/artists who publish in the genre! Give me those Crimson Peak and Jekyll & Hyde aesthetics, I love them!

I'd love to see your covers, too! Here's mine, designed by my gf with a victorian gothic aesthetic in mind:

Hello and welcome to Tapas! I wouldn't call my novel gothic fantasy but there's defiantly some gothic horror aesthetics but I married that with cosmic horror. Its actually a Frankenstein/Lovecraft crossover (though I have sequels planned and Jekyll & Hyde will defiantly be among them!) There's spooky atmosphere, descents into insanity, and many kinds of the unquiet dead.

Love that!! You had me at "descents into insanity!"

(that's not true. You had me much earlier than that)

It has some Gothic Fantasy overtones you may enjoy.

Yeah I guess mine would considered gothic fantasy, it does focus on more urban aspects but has a very dark, macabre vibe.

Well, my comic is not "victorian" inspired, if that's what you are referring to, but either if you mean gothiic/neogothic architecture mixed with a dark fantasy setting, it sure will contain lots of that!

Some examples:

Here it is, my little project:

Your gf's art is impressive, really like the style of it. Will check and read Fractured Magic for sure.

Welcome to Tapas! Not sure if my novel could be goth, but its definitely fantasy. XD And horror, and so much psychological stuff. XD Enter a world where time distortions and atemproal connections blend past, present and future together threatening to displace the dying world out of time.

I make the art of it too, maybe that helps give it a better feel.

While not Gothic, I do have some fantasy and action novels here on the site if your curious.
