Last month I asked for some feedback on my comic n someone mentioned a need to make my line art a bit thicker to help my characters stand out more so I implemented it by using some photshop filtersI need some help deciding if its better than the none filtered episodes n if it is better is it something that I can continue to use or I can change it to a better filter (I've been thinking of using sharpen edges instead of the poster edges I used in this episode)Thanks for your helphttps://tapas.io/episode/918737 (filtered episode)https://tapas.io/episode/880290 (unfiltered episode)here's an image with the other filter I wanted to use, the sharpen edges filter
I'm sorry but it doesn't help much. I think when people suggested to make thicker lineart, they weren't thinking about using some sort of filter, they were thinking you should use a bigger size of pen to make thicker lines.
I think is more about the weight of the lines.Something like this

Hey! Honestly, I don't see much of a difference, maybe the second one has more darkness to it? But as said above, try to focus more on changing line weight and width.
Yeah I definitely agree with @lunaartemisasama you just need to mess around with t he weight of the lines. If an area in clothing creases, make sure the line are is thin. If you're trying to have a tone of intensity, make the weight of your lines more dramatic. Your creating great art, you just need to experiment. Good luck!
