Comments are definitely my favorite thing ever
they help me figure out whether a joke worked the way I intended it to, if the plot is clear enough to my readers and, in general, what people think of my story overall. Of course, I understand that not everybody may want to leave a comment and/or know what to write, so likes come as a close second favorite too. I usually interpret them as something along the lines of "I read your update and I like what you're doing, keep going!" so it still gives me all sorts of warm fuzzy feelings when I get a "like" notification.
Views, on the other hand... gotta admit I don't consider them that much XD ESPECIALLY on sites like Tapas/Webtoon, since they're mostly app based, so I usually assume that the majority of people visiting my comic also have an account. If they just look at my comic and never bother to interact in any way, shape or form, I usually end up thinking that they simply don't care. It's a little different on ComicFury, since I'm pretty sure most readers on there don't even have an account and "likes" do not exist... in that case, I'm more willing to consider views as a sign of engagement. Otherwise... not so much.
