Finished! I replaced the injured cheetah with an injured Evander and filled out the rest of the pic. I like how angry the lion looks in this. I also like how you can almost hear the wolf saying "Oh shit..."
Some background: My story is a shapeshifter fantasy, and these are all shapeshifters. The wolf has just attacked the human, and the human's father, in black jaguar form, rushed to defend him. The wolf was in the process of beating the jaguar when the lion attacked.
The injured human is Evander (his animal form is a cheetah, but he was in human form when he was attacked), and Daecon has a crush on him.
The injured jaguar is Leander, Evander's father.
The wolf is Darion, who has just in this scene made his debut in the story. He is Daecon's father, though Daecon does not know this yet.
And the lion is, of course, Daecon. This is his first time shifting into his lion form (he is a very late bloomer and was only able to do so because he was in distress over seeing his friends being attacked).
