I've got an entire comic made out of gifs. Sadly it's not on Tapastic yet, but we might put it up if we re-do it in a different format.
We did start bringing the gifs back into the new comic, though, like in this page

I don't have animation in my comic. But I read a webcomic called Nyx in the Overworld which use it

I animated just the first two episodes of my comic. I like to do this, but It spend more time to be made, so most of my comics will not be animated (sad). But I've made a gif from my last episode:

animating is time consuming, but its worth it sometimes

A big chunk of my comic is animated! o3o It's always a nice touch and it makes showing movement and personality easier.

This was my first time using after effects, something I could see myself doing again

my opening video is basically a ...large file that moves like a gif, does that count?
I spent several hours drawing a flower gif for it to show up for a total of 2 seconds in the video, so I'm totally saying that counts.
