This is for another, another, comic I'm working on called Tainted Tears, Tainted Perspective.
The story takes place in 1980s Chicago and it's set up like a Noir film, with some Sin City effects (black & white with a splash of color).
Donny V. Falco went missing from the Loose Lips Brothel Friday night in Chicago – along with nearly 2.5 million dollars in loansharking, prostitution income, and drug dealing. His father – gangster Leonardo D. Falco – wants him found, and he enlists the help of two disgraced private eyes – Detective Tobias Mills and Louis Richards (Toby and Louie). Their job is to find out what happened to his son and the money and, if possible, find out why he went missing.
The story told more through flashbacks than it is in the present, and each character is a narrator for what supposedly went down that Friday night/what led up to that Friday night. Kinda like a "Rashomon"-Style of sorts, which means the truth is getting mangled all up and the characters aren't really reliable:
I've finished the script for this story, and lemme tell you -- it's has the biggest, elaborate twist I've ever written. Like, I had to read and re-read it several times in order to make sure I wasn't confusing myself XD
Here are some of the characters (From left to right: Lorenzo, Minnie, Monica, Jeremy, Maria, Gloria, Kittie, Mrs. Oxford, and Dmitri):

That sounds real interesting~ What kind of genre would it end up being?
