So I noticed last month that I was averaging about 62 views per episode which i thought was good. now at the end of the month I decided to take a week off for personal reasons and now i've released 2 comics and am at 58 veiws for the month so my question is, do you think that it may be just because comics have some months where they do really well or did i kind of shoot myself in the foot with that week off ( i even got an unsub that week too)

my comic can be found here, its a small slice of life comic ( i also am wondering if it might be because im not doing enough episodes that are different maybe? , any advice is appreciated

Views go up and down. Don't forget that the site was overhauled which affected the stats of a lot of comics as the algorithms are not the same as before.

views aren’t going to be the same every month. When your views were small to start with they’re going to be slow increasing. Best thing to do is not worry about it too much and just enjoy making your comic.

I just don't check those stats. It's bad for my confidence.

I don't even pay attention to that because it really dosen't matter. I think view comes with time and regular posting schedule.
if you don't have one, then you can't keep someones attention for too long. with more content, and if your story instantly grabs the readers, you will see an increase in view however, if you take like lets say a two weeks break then of course it will drop but when you get back into the momentum of posting regularly, you should see a slight increase.
if I were you I'd focus more on making more content and eventually you should go back to that number of views in no time.
