Here's one of my favourites from my story:
"I saw Xiz in the parking lot laughing at a confused person wondering where their car went, pressing the unlock button on their key fob and then hearing a beep coming from the roof of the library."
I sorta hate that my favorite quote is in my non-canon April Fools episode because it's the definition of "It's funny... because it's true". I think back to it whenever Andie draws new episodes.
The quote is the statement at the end.
"That Anime Isekai. Coming Never. Because Stick figures will forever be easier to draw. And one Naota is enough."

My favourite line is easy to choose but I should mention that it's a part of the Epilogue of my novel!
"I’m not sure the doctors would like to see you lifting anything heavy so soon after your surgery. [...] Unless you want to tell me you have superhuman powers and your skin heals faster than anyone else’s.” “Exactly that and by night I fly through the city to collect children's teeth.”
My favourite moment in what has gone live so far has to be Captain Infinite trying to explain away the first team fight to the Japanese Army:
“As I said, my friends here had good reason for what they did,” Captain Infinite began. Colonel Sato raised his hand.
“Let’s move on to preliminary estimates of property damage,” Sato said. “In the affected area, two buildings have either partially or fully collapsed. Five buildings suffered sufficient structural damage to be declared unfit for human occupation, and have been deemed unrepairable. Three buildings have suffered sufficient structural damage to be declared unfit for human occupation, but are considered to be repairable. Four more buildings suffered minor structural damage, but have been deemed fit for continued occupation so long as repairs are completed within 14 days.”
Captain Infinite stared at the table. “We may have gotten a bit carried away.”
My favourite line is a lullaby introduced several times in the first scenes and can be found in the story's synopsis.
Red, green and stone,
no other colour runs the bone.
Stick, leaf, pitch my speech
And my eye deny with my life!
That one day, the Blue Blood One shall come.
Ho ho ho. Pithy one liners? My favorite!
The main characters in this are "Guardians" -- essentially, they have super powers. 
“Why aren’t you kicking Dexter out?” He whined, his duffle back dragging noisily behind him where it was looped through his fingers. The slick sound of nylon on hard wood echoed through the hall.
“Because Dexter and I have work to do on the case, if you’ll remember. You were the one who wanted to spar.”
“I am sharpening my skills to make a good first impression on the faculty.”
Gabe could practically hear his father roll his eyes. “No, you’re winding up your brother because you’re nervous and won’t talk through your feelings if you can punch through them instead.”
“I am not seeing the problem.”
A favorite quote in my novel, well just starting out and only have an excerpt and short story series, but here goes nothing:
"Wind started pouring out of me. It was a storm; I was in the middle of it all. Letting my raw emotions take control, I let out every drop of magic in my body and channeled it into the wind. The wind cried for me, it howled for me, it raged for me, and it embraced me in a bubble where nothing could reach me."

I have quite a few favorite quotes. Here's one I don't think I've promoted before:
The other two followed her back to the entrance, where sure enough, Captain Galhardo paced back and forth. His face looked almost as blank as usual, this time with a little dash of panic as he muttered something on the phone.
“Yes, it’s gone… I don’t know who did it, that’s what I’m trying to--Listen, I need you to tell me if you’ve noticed anything out of the ordinary… What do you mean by potato hands? It is imperative to me that you explain what potato hands are... Please stop laughing, this is serious... Ranger Kim ate a... what?...I see. Yes, please inform me if you find out anything. Goodbye.”
I don't know if it's my favorite, but here's one I liked writing:

My favourite’s gotta be a journal entry from one of the main characters, Hyde. For context, he brought a friend home (the other main character, Rune) which prompted his mom to pull him aside and ask him if he’s gay.
“So,
What the fuck, Mom?
Do I act gay?
Do I look gay?
Have you seen me and him engage in homosexual behaviour, Mom?
No.
No, you haven’t.”
This comes later in the story but I'm particularly fond of this line (which happens right after two characters kiss - by accident).
"If you'll excuse me, I need to go take my lips off, rinse them under running water, and then go bathe in fire."
