Hey, so i got another one idea for promoting game with some possible results!

RULES
- you look at two newest promoted comics in this thread and read some episodes of it(it depends on you)
- then you will come back here and write small review on these -> one "+" and one "-" (it's ok when you dont write anything into "-" but remember, critique can be helpful for the artist!)
- and then you PROMOTE your comic to be reviewed!

You can also write if you subbed or not and why, but it's not a rule.

EXAMPLE
NameOfReviewedComic1
+ beautiful art
- i'am little bit lost in amount of characters in your comic

NameOfReviewedComic2
+ love the story!
- none

Here is mine!

+ I love how dark this is! The 30s setting is a nice touch
- Can't think of any

Thank you!
Realmwalker
+ i already subbed this but didnt read it(dont know why), but now iam in! I love everything with nordic gods and myths!
- i wanted to say this "wobbling" panels, but i looked to new episodes and you already improve it!

Sisters @soulskrobak
+Really cool premise! The art style really fits the genre too
-pacing was a little fast, I feel like this genre really lends itself to a slower pace, but thats just what I find interesting?

+The art style is cute, and I really love your main character so far! I skipped to some more recent chapters and your improvement is amazing :)) I've definitely subbed, but I'll have to go back and catch up on the story XD
-At the beginning, I wasn't sure if it was actually a beginning or a sequel mostly because it felt like I was dropped off in the middle of an already ongoing arc?

I would like to say that I'm aware that my handwriting is hard to read XD I plan on going back and reworking the text after I complete the next chapter, so any critique you have that isn't related to the text would be appreciated!

It's a sequel to my first comic. I should put a link in the description, sorry for any confusion

+ I enjoy the focus on Norse gods and myth. It's always nice to see that, alongside British myth.
- Characters seem to kind of pop to location to location. A little breathing room in the pacing for setup would very much help with that.

I didn't know this was a sequel until after I'd gotten a little farther in and read the description more closely. There's a lot of characters I don't know, and seemingly some plot I'm not familiar with, but I assuming that would be better cleared if I'd read what came before. I like the character designs and as stated earlier, the European folklore focus, and hope that this comic can continue to grow!

Seven Stars Silver Clouds @delladz
+ I really like the way you do the action scenes! There's a very good feeling of speed and power with how the characters move, alongside your anatomy of them. I also enjoy the creative use of their abilities.
- More than anything else, the word balloons are very difficult to read right now. I see that they're hand written, but I'd recommend getting a font? You can make a custom one based on your handwriting if you want to as well.

I've enjoyed the beginning of this comic, it's got a lot of intrigue! I like how it has pretty good pacing in regards to it's... cinematics? Is the word? Just how individual scenes are paced in your panel economy. I think it has a lot of room to grow into something great!

Here's a link to my own comic!

All Good Things

  • I just read your prolog and its awesome! This really gets me!
  • i wanted to say, that your comic would be great with colors, but... i see you already have colors in chapter 3 and it looks so good! Great job!

Thanks! I know about the color thing, and I am going back and adding color, but I only want to update it when the whole thing is colored, you know? Instead of just gradually.
