A fan of comics and cartoons respectively, and a webcomic enthusiast. Enjoys quiet drives, huge empty fields, windchimes, and more. Pines for the good old days.
I run the finished comic Calamity Jane, about a little girl who's really bad at a lot of things, and the ongoing on comic All Good Things, which is about a couple's cross-country trip across 1970's America.

I'm always really bad at this? Whenever I make a villain, I always want to put more details into their character to make them more 3 dimensional, but this usually ends up making them more sympathetic. Heck, the one time I am trying to make a hateable villain, I found myself liking him more and more,…

Yeah, I'd say find a different font. It's a bit hard to read to me. Not bad for a title, though.

Well... Jade: Doesn't know her parents! She's dead, and can't remember anything about them really. But sometimes, when she's lonely, she thinks that she can feel a hand on her shoulder, or someone saying something softly. Never anything exact, but it's there. Jaime: His mother passed away early in …

Heya! My comic is in the middle of introducing our third main character! It's a romance/drama/comedy about a boy and his undead girlfriend touring a 1970's America! There's a lot of mystery about as well, in case that's your thing.

Yeah, okay, here you go. A romance/drama/comedy, ALL GOOD THINGS!

Sure thing! Here's my comic, a story about two teens on a road trip in the 70s. One of them is also a zombie as well, worth mentioning.

Thanks! I know about the color thing, and I am going back and adding color, but I only want to update it when the whole thing is colored, you know? Instead of just gradually.

I know I'm gonna be contrary, but since it's a novel, I prefer the one on the right. I usually like being able to make conclusions on what the main character looks like by reading their description when I'm reading a novel, not necessarily by what's depicted on the cover. If it was a comic, then the…

Realmwalker @Stargazer31 + I enjoy the focus on Norse gods and myth. It's always nice to see that, alongside British myth. - Characters seem to kind of pop to location to location. A little breathing room in the pacing for setup would very much help with that. I didn't know this was a sequel unt…

Let's see... "Teens go on road trip. One dies, other is sad about it." Yeah, that seems still accurate. XD

I don't know anything about either, but Diedrich seems like the weasily type. Never trust a man who's not afraid to die. I'm assuming this is a fight by the by

Uh, sure! Random fact time: My two main characters, Jaime and Jade, both swapped personalities before the comic began; originally Jade was quiet and demure while Jaime was bombastic despite the inverse being true now! You can even see it here in the first digital drawing of Jade, circa... 2015?? […

We've just introduced one of the most important characters in the comic this month! [image] I had a lot of fun drawing him in that one panel. XD

Made this gif to thank people for subscribing a while ago! I want to make a new one sometime later. [image] Otherwise, I also made an animatic for a song a while ago as a practice for boarding.

Will do! [image] Name: Jaime Alvaro Age: 17 Gender: Male Sexuality: Straight (???) Relationship Status: Taken Hair Color: Brown Eye Color: Brown Height: 5:10 Personality: Nervous, shaky, romantic, loyal, loves nature! [image] Name: Jade Sinclair Age: 17 Gender: Female Sexuality: Straight Rel…

Same! It's still going, and I kinda got back on the wagon after 11 came out.

Started work on some Madness Combat characters for fun! Probably gonna do some more later. [image] [image]

Easy answer. Dumb. Both are decently dumb. Though shout out to Jade. [image]

Really nice gifs, by the way! I always forget covers can do that!

The cover is like the one part of the comic I actually am kind of proud of, to be honest. [image]

Hey! I'm only a few subs away from hitting 150! It'd be great to go and try and hit that soon! It's a story about road trips, the 1970's, the living dead (or at least one), and young love. [image]

Gotcha! Uh, let's see... [image] Jade's probably the most afraid of not being remembered. Just kind of, disappearing with nobody remembering her. Comic link!

Howdy! I'm not here for a request, I just wanted to say that thank you again for the really nice art of Jade! Thanks again, I'm gonna be sure to check out your comic!

I do like Zombies myself! I think there's a lot of room to play with them, though I more prefer ones beyond the simple 'shamble forwards' variety. I read Zombie Wife here on Tapas, but outside of that don't really consume any proper zombie related material... But I do write it! I'm running a comic t…

Probably Jade! She's just really fun for me to draw. She just comes really naturally, from both her art and characterization. She's a go getter, never thinking first, and ultimately very impulsive idiot who's very fun to try and get into trouble. [image] [image] That, and she's very fun to draw …

Thanks for the feedback! I've been meaning to re-write that blurb for a while now, I'm just not entirely sure what to write for it so far. Need to think a little on that. For the comic itself, I actually have been going back and coloring old pages! It's slow going, and frankly, should have been colo…

That's a good point! I do have way too much white on my borders. I'll cut that down next time, see if that solves the blurriness. Thanks!

Thanks for the second opinion! Still unsure about mobile tho.
