I feel that you misunderstood my Shakespeare comment. Not sure if it's because I wrote it incorrectly or you misread it, either way, it wasn't meant to throw shade at anybody. I have nothing but respect for writers that can not only write but also edit their work and I aspire to once become like them.
What I meant by that comment is that the readers on Tapas are a lot less demanding when it comes to artistry in writing, than people that spend their time reading Shakespeare. The comment wasn't aimed at writers at all. I was saying that most of the nitpicking we writers do, a lot of the readers would never notice.
As for growth, I'll go with 1 chapter/week until the end of Volume 1. Then I will go on a hiatus and create a nice buffer, as well as work on the comic with my artist and then try to release more often. I hope that at that point I will become at least a decent writer and will be able to write and edit my own work. Once again, I wasn't throwing shade on anybody. I'm sorry if you understood my comment that way.
