Honestly I'm a little tired of it too, just because it just gets repetitive and whatever humor was left from this kind of thing just gets grated and drained because they do it so many times in one sitting.
And then sometimes the friggin plot is so good, you can't "don't like don't watch" because you need to know what happens. Example: High School of the Dead. Great plot, great characters, great opening and music, but fan service everywhere. Sometimes it feels like some shows wouldn't be the same without the fan service but it does get a little bothersome at times.
A healthy mix is No Game No Life or Kishi no Calvary (I forgot the full name)
As for comics/shows where fan service and plot are almost completely mixed, then yes, it's a lot easier to don't like don't watch. Do whatever you want guys, I'm sure you'll find fans somewhere 👌
