These come to mind. They have lovely art, and varying degrees of more of a drawn/sketched feeling.
Your examples remind me a bit of miyuliart's style, this is the most recent comic they're working on, but they might have others that hit the spot for you, if you like the art but not the particular story. http://demonstudies.com/
Project Shade definitely!! The plot is easy to follow and the fight scenes are amazing. I also recommend reading their short story.
A.L.I.C.E. is another great one! It's an experimental anthology with amazing and thought-provoking themes with every entry.
