Rewarding your Tippers is Hard w/no tipper list on Desktop version!

First time posting in the forums!

I am rewarding people who tip 500 coins or more by sending them a pinup through the private message system on Tapastic. I have found that this greatly increases the amount of tips I get!

However there is currently not a way to easily access my list of generous tippers through the desktop version. I can't send the pinups or rewards through the mobile version as far as I can tell. I was able to find MOST of the tippers through manually searching my subscribers list but it took ages. I was not even able to find 2 of them!

Also, since my rewards are monthly... it just seems like the tip system is cumulative with no way to see who donated what each month other than by manually keeping records (which is what I am doing).

I want to ask - is there a way to get a tipper list on the desktop version? Are there any plans to implement this? Also, are there any plans to make it more clear who donated what, when? Because on the mobile version, when you organize tippers by date, it does not actually show the date.

If these features are not being considered now, I would highly recommend Tapastic to consider implementing them because I do get noticeably more tips when I offer rewards - otherwise people only will donate like 25 coins a month which is nothing!

Apparently, listing the names of tippers on desktop was causing issues, so it's been removed to avoid causing more troubles.

I just want a monthly list so I can properly reward top tippers on my page, but I have to use math to figure it out now blegh...😝

I recall a brief time when tipping was on desktop. I wonder what problems it possibly could have caused? I see in that thread a lot of people are complaining about the exact same thing as me and Michaelson said they were working on it so that's good...

I'm going to revive this thread, because I think we should get something like this back on desktop version (since creators can only work with tapas via desktop anyways).

It would be nice to have statistics regarding tips, especially on KPI like
- who
- when
- how many coins/monetary equivalent

I think having something like this in your dashboard will allow creators to be much more flexible. Plus, rewarding your best tippers would be a good incentive for other readers to tip as well - and the more coins are being traded the better for tapastic and creators! Readers would watch more ads, creators earn more money and more creators are willing to publish here - which in turn leads to more readers etc

I do wonder, why has it been removed? It's been half a year now since then, will a list ever come back?

Sorry that I'm reviving this thread. I have the tapas app, and I am getting tips every month. But I can't see who tips on the app and no one can see on the desktop version. I've seen lots of artists listing their tippers to say thank you, so there must be a way to see a list. Right?

You can see that on the app, if you go by date. (Or name or the amount tipped)
Then you're able to see who's tipped but you can't see who's tipped which amount.

Is it in my transaction history? Because I don't see anyone tipping there. It does come up on my stats for tipping revenue on desktop, but not names.

No, on the tapas app. Not on the desktop version unfortunately.
So you need a mobile device, like a tablet or smart phone or something like that, in order to see who's tipped you.
(You click on your icon, twice, then you see a number of who's tipped you, and then you see a row of people's handles and the amount they've tipped so far!)
