Here goes. Annoyed PT retailer rant.
No, it's not your "job" to keep a clothing store looking pristine. But it's your job as a human being to behave decently. Do you need money for not pulling clothes off racks and throwing them any- and everywhere? For not dumping them in a corner when you suddenly lose interest? For not completely turning over entire heaps of neatly folded clothes when you could've just pulled one out (which you immediately lose interest in)?
Do you need to be fucking paid to behave like a damn civilized person?
(Don't get me wrong, it's fine to pull out clothes and the pile gets disheveled. That happens! Especially with flimsy clothing. But a lot of people just pull out the undermost article with such vitality that the whole pile is flipped over and spread out all over the table and on the floor. Like. Really?)
Also, funny anecdote, why are 75%+ of the clothes given back after trying on hung up backwards? It's not a 50-50 chance thing, there's something about the design of the curved hangers makes people want to subconsciously stick them in backwards. xD An easy fix though. I wonder how often I did that before I got my PT job in retail...
