It's a fact that most Germans don't like Schlager because it's cringy - and I'm usually more the hard rock & metal kind of person, which is why I feel extremely guilty listening to this one, but it reminds me of the fun time I actually did get lost in Amsterdam on a school trip and I genuinely enjoy the song ;w;

Hahahaha, some of the songs here make me feel better about mine!

I think mine is nowhere near as "weird" as some of the above, but people are definitely surprised when this song from my playlist comes up and I don't skip.

This song is one that I really like, and it's not a bad song by any means. It's a guilty pleasure because it's so offed up. Dark comedy about an extremely exaggerated toxic relationship. Don't listen if your uncomfortable with... well pretty much anything, it gets really really out there. Honestly I'll listen to any song about toxic relationships. This is what the pop genre has done to me, I just crave the opposite of the ubiquitous vague love song.

also the song gets stuck in my head and then I have to be looking over my shoulder hoping nobody hears me mumbling these incredibly explicit lyrics.

Oh god, I have memories of this song too. My music appreciation teacher was doing a fun karaoke day, and my class insisted on it. Then my teacher realized what the lyrics were halfway through. before that realization though, she did try to hand me the mic. I did not take it.
