Wow. The color makes the page more attractive to view and read, but I know what you mean. I too was thinking if I should just stick to black and white but after years of making pages with colors such as this:
I am no longer convinced that I'll ever make a decent page without coloring, And it sometimes took 5 to 10 days or more to outline, color, adding comic sound effects words, and typing on speech bubbles to finish a page. For you, as you already finish these pages and already upload them, you don't need to speed up the coloring to feel burned out. When ever you feel exhausted, take as much rest as you need. I too needed that much break when going back for checking grammar, spelling errors on speech bubbles.
I'll have to admit, the colors does give your pages a huge upgrade but for only adding colors as an effect to your black and white comic, that is a great affect too but this is up to you if you want to continue the long route or the short one.
