I like both digital and traditional paintings, With traditional I almost always use watercolors because I spent a whole year trying to learn them in art class, lol.

I haven't done a lot of digital painting lately cause I've been working on my comic, but I still try to do speedpaints when I can!

Coloring digitally is soooo much easier and more powerful. Being able to "UNDO" mistakes is awesome - even if it feels like cheating. May even end up cheaper in the long run, at least from the way I would burn through art supplies.

I mostly paint digitally because it's cheaper, faster, and cleaner.

I also like messing with digital features, like colors, textures, and gradients.

I can paint traditionally, it's just I hate the whole scanning and cleaning up process

I guess I do a bit on both, my art is mostly traditional pencil sketchy lineart and digital colouring!

This one is scanned and looks more painty but the sketch is pencil as well

I like the paint with watercolours! It's only traditional painting medium I have any confidence with (I like markers and colour pencils too, but that's more drawing than painting). It's a nice diversion for me when I'm burnt out on doing digital stuff.

I do some digital painting, but I really don't enjoy the colouring process. It's not as relaxing as traditional painting.

As for me, I only really paint digitally, but sometimes its fun to work traditionally. I definitely prefer drawing traditionally, but I'm too lazy to scan it all in ahahha.

Jennytinka its too bad that your too lazy to scan your traditional artwork because your digital stuff is so beautiful. :). I love the atmosphere you were able to catch in both pictures.

I work predominantly digital, because I'm messy as hell and traditional is a nightmare for me (I can still do it tho. just expect me to look like I rolled in my supplies a little by the end of it)
