Smiley faces at the number bar?

So I came back on Tapastic today and this is what I found. I went WHAAAAAT IS THIS?????? I have a smiley face at my norifiactions and comics. How does this happen? Why does this happen?

I cried... it was scary... what on earth? Have I missed : ) amount of comics missed and : ) amount of notifications missed................

lol The only thing I can guess is that it's a cache issue? Try clearing your cookies and refreshing, that might help (I'm only suggesting this because I've seen these types of issues before over at a website I work at, where people's profile pictures would change to weird shit and other stuff like that lol). Considering it might only be happening for you, that might be the case, but I'm no whiz shrugs

Nope, not a cache issue. So, for the reading list and notification bar, once the notifications hit 99+ the icon transitions from a number to the smiley face. When the number of notifications exceeds a certain amount, it sort of defeats the purpose of having a number so we thought it'd be fun to just replace it with a smiley face. Enjoy!

(also OP if your reading list is 99+ you've got a LOT of reading to do lol I usually have a maximum of like, 50 comics and I find THAT a lot lol)
