Okay so some of this is just my personal preference, so take it with as many grains of salt as you'd like and do what works for you.
1) I'd merge your earliest episodes into some larger chunks. You have a lot of episodes (which is awesome! congrats on having the comic going for so long!) but the early ones seem to all be only 2 or 3 panels each. And this is a bit of a personal preference thing, but I prefer to get a longer initial 'taste' to see if I'll like a comic, and having to be skipping constantly to the next episode at the beginning is a bit off-putting. I skipped ahead and can see that by S5 you have switched to a page format, which is way more visually grabbing to me! So nice job there! However the last two episodes seem to be put in the scroll format - nothing wrong with that, but on desktop at least it looks like you might have had to resize your panels or something, because your normally very lovely character art looks kind of blurry and messy to me? But the larger font size is definitely going to be more readable on mobile if you were going for that. It seems like you're definitely overall trying to think about how to make your episodes best viewable for readers, and I think that if you can find a good balance that will help you with your views.
2) The other thing I wanted to touch on is your series icon. When you're trying to get someone to check out your comic from Fresh, every little bit of information you can convey to them ahead of time is precious in convincing them to give you a look. All they have to go on is your series title and your icon...which right now only really tells them your series title (again). I'd definitely recommend finding a panel that really displays your cute character designs, and try to make an icon that shows them off instead.
Best of luck to you, and I hope you can find some strategies that work for you to get more views! ^_^
