This is something that popped into my head recently that I thought was a pretty good idea. Before I get into details however I must make one thing clear -
DOJIN IS A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO FORM A GROUP TO CREATE MANGA CONTENT! (hentai is popular among Dojin circles but I am not interested in creating hentai at all)
So anyway...
I wish to create a (small) dojin group in which we will create multiple one-shot's and hopefully sell them if we get enough support online.
As a dojin group we will create our own art style and writing style in which all members must learn (both artists and writers, or if your only an artist than just the art style).
If you want to join you must -
Be able to respect everyone's opinion.
Be passionate about manga and anime.
MOST IMPORTANTLY you must put your passion as a creator before making money. I know myself that this is extremely difficult to do in this shitty world but this is an absolute requirement.
Most of the first month will be establishing communications such as group chat and bonding with one another, because there is nothing worse than working with people you dislike.
I would also like to stress that this is FOR BEGINNERS ONLY ,as one would expect. The very creation of Dojin was to help beginners become professional in the animation and comic book industry.
I think this is the easiest way for that to happen. You gain experience in group work, you learn in a friendly environment, and you create something you love with friends.
Spots available - 2 artists, 2 writers. (also I will make an exception for 1 person if they wish to both write and draw, like myself)
I will also stress that their is NO LEADER!. We are a group, not 4 or so people following 1. Democracy, not dictatorship.
