These were some helpful tips, thank you!
I'm on Twitter (@crisyah_ / @atendotworld), as well and, more recently, Instagram (@atendotworld) and TikTok (@crisyah_). I wonder about how advantageous it is to have separate accounts for just novel / comic stuff, though. Been hearing a lot that readers prefer to get a glimpse of the creator's personality, so I'm wondering if I should just use my regular (non personal / locked) accounts and have everyone endure the cat pic and fanart retweet spam.
Anyone has thoughts on this?
Well i'm on a buncha different sites but my links are here:
Ko-fi: https://ko-fi.com/vibrantfox
Twitter: https://twitter.com/vibrantfoxart2
(art only) https://twitter.com/vibrantfoxart21
Tumblr: https://vibrantfoxart.tumblr.com/
TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@vibrantfoxart3
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vibrantfoxart/2
ARTstreet(16+): https://medibang.com/u/Monobun/3
For twitter specifically I wound up doing two accounts so i could have one with just art/comic related stuff and my main acct to use normally (w/ some art sprinkled in). Most often I'll post wips to Ko-fi and finished previews on social media like twitter and insta. I don't really use instagram often anymore (stuck in algorithm h3ll) but it and artstreet are for reach; ArtStreet specifically being dedicated to stuff that's outside my normal art (moodier, experimental and sometimes 'suggestive' stuff).
Tumblr specifically serves as a sort of portfolio so everything is mostly neat and tidy (just looking to find a better theme) and a plus is being able to have side accts. for special interests and fanwork i otherwise wouldn't really host here on tapas.
I just just started using tiktiok (by accident rly after posting a meme) but i'm hoping to do speedpaint/timelapse type videos and occasionally hop in on trending memes.
As an artist specifically I'm letting myself get a little more cozy with not posting constantly to keep up with trends and letting myself rest but also sharing "imperfect" work like sketches because not every single drawing needs to be some shiny polished piece. Having a backlog of content is useful tho (kinda like reagular content creation) because then your not rushing to finish a thing that'll only trend for a day or so plus it helps cover for creative lows and other bump in the road.
For the most part tho i'm just kinda going with the flow seeing what works where and where i feel wanted or like i'm doing fairly well plus it's...interesting getting the vibes of different platforms and seeing how they vary

Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/butterflyempress05/3
These are the two I use the most. I get more traction on Instagram, Twitter not so much. It easier to get noticed when you do draw this in your style challenges or other art challenges. I haven't really been able to get anyone from social media to visit my comic yet, but I feel that I need to be a bigger artist before anyone notices.
Me and my partner use Instagram and YouTube more often.

The comic hasn't been released yet, but we posted concept art on instagram and timelapses on youtube to promote the comic from the beginning.
We also have a twitter, but we hardly use it.

Also, forgot to add: I don't do sub for sub bc I don't think it's beneficial for either party, in the long run, but I will absolutely follow back on SNS and engage to help with the brutal algorithms created by the ruthless overlords who expect us to create free content so they can get rich. Just drop me a line saying you're a Tapas creator!
I'm posting about updates on pretty much all sm/art related sites I'm on (mostly by autoscheduling post through postybirb, sadly it doesn't support instagram at all and seems to count links length differently than twitter so I use hootsuite for those)
and I post to:
twitter: https://twitter.com/Animefanka3
instagram: https://www.instagram.com/trueanimefanka/4
deviantart: https://www.deviantart.com/animefanka
pixiv: https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/28704706
tumblr: https://animefanka.tumblr.com/
furaffinity: https://www.furaffinity.net/user/animefanka/
I'm also keeping a carrd with links to my comics (as I'm posting them not only on tapas ;p) https://animefanka-artist.carrd.co/#webcomics
I just have a deviantART account.
DeviantART: https://www.deviantart.com/sin-nombre1
Lately I am using it to promote my webcomic there, but if you look my works before the comic, you will find things that I probably should have deleted long ago =P
Yoooo!
All I really post on is TWITTER: https://twitter.com/blackorchidsaid1
I'm still new and figuring it out, but it's been fun so far. Still growing, but I love replying to people via gifs, so it's the best place, methinks.
We are @bigfootmillennials on IG, FB, Graphite and Tumblr.

Noobs to all things Tapas and webtoons so any thoughts are welcome!
Bigfoot love to all!
I haven't been able to be super active lately. But these last few days I've had time to spare. Which is good news for my comic !
Most of the content on my social media is scattered frames of my comic. And maybe the occasional fanart once upon a blue moon .
