I really liked your comic Tales of Lonia. It does remind my of the Souls series where the story has an air of mystery and its view of the world is very pessimistic. The more realistic art style and more muted colors fits the comic thematically.
Although your font of choice doesn't quite reflect the tone and mood of your comic, it looks to professional. You could use a font that invokes sadness as your main font. You should also use different fonts based on the mood of the character who is speaking. Also you could play around with the shapes of your speech bubbles based on the mood of the character like the font. You could also do the same thing with the frames. You can refer to the Dragon Ball Z manga for that.
Overall, this is a good comic that wears its inspiration on its sleeves and makes it their own. A few technically tweaks can bring out your comic's full potential.
