Here is the next round :door:

You are in a closed, dark room lit only by a single oil lamp hanging from the center of the ceiling.

1) The first door is a trap door in the center of the room, a nondescript thing made of unvarnished wood with a rusty ring of iron for a handle. The floor around it creaks as you approach it, age and damp having eaten away at the barrier between you and what lies below. When you pause in trepidation at the weakness of the support beneath your feet, you hear faint whispers like a cold wind, susurrations of breath from some creature that lurks behind the splintered planks.

2) The second door is on the north wall of the room. It stands two meters tall and is made of what seems to be solid copper, flat and unmarked apart from the large patches of green oxidation streaking its surface. The fragments of untarnished metal glimmer in the flickering light of the oil lamp,. There is no handle, but a panel made of the same copper is placed in the wall on the right side of the door. If you press it, perhaps the door will open.

3) The last door isn't a door at all, but rather a shuttered window on the east wall of the room. No light seeps through the obvious cracks in the moldering wooden slats that block any would-be escapee. It is impossible to tell if the glass is intact on the other side, but you can see bits of the panes behind the shutters, opaque with what could be fog or frost. The air is cold there. There is no obvious handle or mechanism, but a large axe rests against the wall next to the window. Unlike the rest of the room, the axe is clean and well-kept, with a glossy handle and a sharpened blade. The iron seems to wink at you in the unsteady light from the lamp as you look at it, beckoning.

Nice choice! You drop down through the trap door and follow a stone hall lit with more oil lamps until you reach an exit. The night air is refreshing and you walk away from the strange house, relieved.

Already subbed but caught up on your work and left some likes and comments!

Bold choice, but unfortunately when you use the axe to try and break your way out the window, you find metal bars placed on the outside. You are left inside the room with a slightly duller axe.

Thanks for guessing!

I'll go with the palm wood door

OMG I apologize @Liv45 I forgot to inform you that you won! You enter the door and find that you are on a beach :beach:️ someone has set up a table chair and umbrella as well as a towel in the sand for tanning. There are also two Pina Coladas (with alcohol and alcohol free depending on preference lol). your prize will be for me to draw your favorite beach animal. Just let me know which one you decide on

And don’t forget to start the next round!

Thank you soooo much! That`s really cool! My favorite beach animal would be a turtle

Here are the next doors:

Nr.1: A small, weathered oak door with a gentle curve at the top, surrounded by ivy. A brass dragonfly knocker rests in the center, and soft light spills from beneath, inviting warmth and comfort.

Nr.2: An ancient wooden door set in moss-covered stone, etched with glowing runes. A crescent moon handle adds a touch of magic, and the air smells faintly of herbs and earth.

Nr. 3: A round door carved into the heart of an oak tree, surrounded by glowing vines and tiny flowers. The woven branches shimmer with amber resin, offering a cozy, hidden sanctuary.

Gotcha, I’ll get to working on that as soon as I can

And door number 2 please. :sunglasses: sounds very adventurous

I'll take door #3  it sounds so inviting

Wow this one is soo sweet! Thank you soooo much! I love it

Thank you! Now, let's move on to the next round :sunglasses:

  1. Door #1 is a shimmering, translucent door of woven starlight that only opens when whispered secrets are offered to the wind. Those who enter may step into forgotten memories or vanish into the void between worlds.

  2. Door #2 is a towering black stone door lined with molten veins that pulse like a heartbeat. It demands a price of fire or blood, and those who enter must prove they can withstand the darkness within.

  3. Door #3 is a wooden door entwined with endless, shifting vines that bloom or wither depending on the traveler’s soul. Only the pure of heart can pass through, while the deceitful are trapped within its labyrinth of thorns.

I like door number 1, feels like the edge of fantasy and scifi might lie beyond :sparkles:
