Yes, I have, but when creating my account they didn't ask me for the age date so I don't know what to do!

Click on one to read. You should see a pop-up or a new tab open asking you to verify your age. Just put in your birthday and you get access.

It did not work for me :cry:, it sends me to the main part of the Tapas app and I sent an email as they said above and nothing they said, they only said that if I had no problems with the account or about payments, go to "Help" I did it and he sent me this 🤦🏻‍♀️ I sent him another to see if I don't have to make another account and delete this :upside_down:

Are you trying this on the app or desktop? I despise the app! It's so limited and messes up a lot. I'm sorry my idea didn't work for you. I hope they can help you soon. Maybe try to make another account, anyway.
