I wanna try something new here,i haven't been able to be in many team collaborations but i want to see how this project may rise smile. Whether you're a writer or an artist I am open to hear your suggestions. I'm planning to write a spinoff Now the basic concept of genre it has may be the make or break if you're interested or not.
It will be fantasy which is very broad ,and judging by the genre's i have already tried such as drama I tend to find that I haven't done anything different ,the concept would employ a few characters i have already developed and collaborators can feel free to insert their own. The basic concept is yet to be decided but It may be a bit on the horror-ish side. I also employ a website that i use to write down all ideas, and utilize models to draw designs. However feel free to contact me about your terms and if you want access or if you want more samples of what i am working on.
Sample of my work as of current:

First of all, your second link is broken; it’s technically possible to access your second project via manually entering the address, but I’d recommend you to fix the link anyway.

I have to say that right now it’s quite difficult for me to comprehend what you are trying to propose here. I can get the general idea that you want to start a collaboration project, but you’ve also mentioned that you want to make a spin-off of something unspecified which makes it impossible for anyone to figure out whether they may be interested or not. I would have assumed that you mean your first project, but then you’ve mentioned that you want to make a mix of fantasy and horror and since your first project looks neither like fantasy nor like a horror (at least for me) it makes it look like you want to create something from scratch. My advice is to reconstruct your pitch to make it clearer:

  1. Do you want to start a new project from scratch or to develop an existing one? A spin-off, even if it’s supposed to be made from scratch, will count as an existing one because spin-off means that you make a derivative of some established concept.
  2. If your project is supposed to be a spin-off, what is the source of it?
  3. What would be the general theme of the story? Even survival horror can be turned into a comedy so what's your idea of the general direction of the project?
  4. How much creative input you expect from your collaborators both art-wise and story-wise? Making new characters is just a small tip of an iceberg so how much creative input you are willing to accept regarding the story and artwork?
  5. What role would you prefer within the team? There were cases when artists were willing to act as story-makers as opposed to graphic-makers so would you prefer to make graphics or to develop a story?

There are several additional points that need clarification, but for now it’s important to figure out what exactly you are trying to establish. For example, I host an open collaboration project which is a mix of fantasy and survival horror and since it’s an open collab, anyone is accepted, but I also prefer to control the general course of the project to keep the whole thing stable. We actually tried to make it as a free-for-all comic, but there was so much uncertainty in everything that our first attempt simply collapsed so there should be at least one leading artist and at least one leading writer to keep things under control.

Sorry for the mix up I guess I wasn't being very clear
the collaboration project probably has some base from my current one I'm doing but I guess I'll make the concept pretty clear right now, I was thinking something along the lines of utilizing a post apocalyptic genre type of fantasy /supernatural I was thinking of utilizing the concept of "what happens if the world becomes overpopulated and what the world does in order to shave off the surviving population of who's useful and who's not "aka resource management , although it's not clear because my series poison flower gas just started and only I know the entire plotline it would not make sense to really for others to be able to tell where I'm coming from .

  1. I planned for it to be a spinoff but i plan for those who are interested to be able to see the website that i plotted everything in to get a general idea. The series itself is conceptualized around many concepts that are just too much to list here.
2.The general theme is as listed above,overpopulation/consequences,what becomes the replacement for necessary sustenance, what;s done to people to force them to continue to survive. Thus it may be mainly fantasy/supernatural ,but it may cross into the line of horror or sci fi.
3.As for creative input I do want people to be as involved as possible, pitching in ideas,or new concepts that maybe I haven't thought of, or if they want to be able to see how we can make each other's ideas better.
4.I prefer to do the planning for the story or writing for the most part I have realized that drawing itself is not as fun without doing all of the plotting and writing first.

To sum it up, you want to create a project based on your own concept and its general direction will be urban fantasy (i.e. quasi-regular world with extra supernatural elements) with bits and pieces of hi-tech and horror elements. So essentially it's Blade Runner kind of theme?

The general concept seems to be functional, but it still depends on execution so yes, if you want people to get involved you'll have to put up a site or at least a Google Drive repository with working documents so people can get acquainted with your project and decide if they have something useful to contribute. My advice is to use Google Docs + Drive like we do because it allow several people to work on documents simultaneously and there is a small chat attached to them so it can be used for real-time conversations as well.

I have to say that creating working documents for collaborative project is a difficult job in itself because you have to create comprehensive assets and make them short and easy enough to understand (most people will be intimidated by a 100 page worldbuilding bible) so my advice here is to finish your site or repository (I still recommend repository) and share it for public so people will be able to look at your actual working assets.

On to the more practical questions. Since you have decided to be a creative director and whole project will be based on your concepts, what do you have so far in general and how do you expect your potential collaborators to get involved? For example, if you need help with worldbuilding, you have to have some document with basic worldbuilding prerequisites to start from or if you need help with plot points, there must be a general story outline and character sheets to put it all together.
