@jessicasurline As usual, your pages convey alot of emotion and atmosphere. There's something in every panel for me to enjoy. The detailed devatstation and dread of the top panel (arousing my curiosity). How you cut off the panel just below eye-height on in the second (the panel makes me want to take a deep breath and breathe out). The resignation of panel 3 and the ice cold demeanor (or mentoring of sorts?) in the final panel. When every panel feels like it packs a punch like this I can't help but liking it. The only thing I'll add is that for my own personal taste, I find the coloring a bit grainy. There's nothing wrong with the colors themselves (in fact I really like the strong contrast), I just prefer alternative coloring styles.

Incidentally, this page makes me want to play Overwatch for some reason......

In today's Voidchild1, we finally start to creep out of that dank old cave system.

This is a great thread. So much great stuff here that I probably wouldn't have found otherwise. Voidchild (above) is an example. Looking back through the pages, I think the creator has really hit the tone perfectly with parts 3 and 4. The spare use of colors for the eyes and other small elements works very well to draw attention without detracting from the overall feel of being in supernatural Victorian England. I really enjoyed this comic. Very nice indeed!

In contrast to Voidchild's darkness (which I love), the most recent page of Symphorians1 is a bright, sunny fall morning at Buffalo Coast University, where our intrepid Professor Holmes is noticeably absent from his teaching duties. Cheers all!

@aronthemason Cool. Good job. Goood goood job! smile No, really, it's very original.

And some panels from the latest page of my sci-fi comic HOME:

@HOME

I'm already a subscriber. Your illustration is extremely polished and vibrant. Your vertical scroll technique is extremely good -- coming from someone who doesn't tend to like vertical scroll. Your use of animation is extremely effective. Your story is super immersive.

In short, you have the start of one hell of a comic on your hands, and it's very evident to me how much preparation and time you've put into this project. You're doing something different and ambitious, and I like seeing that. Very excited to see your work continue.

And here's the newest page from my own little space opera mystery -- ATONEMENT1. This is the first page that I did the lettering for -- I'll be doing the lettering from here on out.

@ donathinfrye

Wow, your art is insanely detailed! I actually had to squint to determine whether your first panel was painted, or was 3D-rendered. Details like the sheen on the woman's dress really sold it. Also, I really like your usage of the black and white text bubbles to differentiate between who is speaking. It immediately makes it incredibly easy on the eyes to read (also, the red text at the end was a nice touch to give those words some added importance.

Here's the newest and final prologue page [Prologue (3)] from my comic, Don't Be A Hero (you may need to click on the link to get a better idea of what it's like by seeing the full-sized image, as the text is really small on the forum picture):

I know the feeling well lol

today I big secret came to light in my comic so i posted a double page! he's the first

to see the next page ( or sub) it's here Talesfromswipecity1

@aronthemason Your art is crips and clean and the characters are distinct from one another. I'm not sure, but it looks like you're using 3D-model backgrounds for your work. For me personally this creates a sort of dissonance when looking at the panels. I noticed a few errors in the lettering too. I like the flow of the story, from reading these panels. It seems like a nicely paced comic. Good work!

Newest page of Voidchild in which I'm back to drawing cityscapes and such and I don't really remember how to....

The page above me is quite unique in it´s humor. Either I missed something or it is not my type of humor...
but the art is pretty good.

@pearl1 I'm not a big fan of "see-through speech bubbles". It kind of throws me off as I try to look through them. You're good with perspectives. Interior car scenes are always difficult. Or at least I feel so, but I didn't get stopped up by this reading your page. The pacing and dialogue is good too!

In today's Voidchild1, our protagonist briefly mulls over her new epitaph:

I like how you drew her facial features on the 1st and 3rd panel. I'm not too sure what her expression is supposed to be on the last panel, but then again the text was a little hard to read. I also like the perspectives for the background. Good job!

Here's the latest page from my comic:

@GFalconDX nice perspection in last panel. I think in the 2nd panel you should've actual added a glowing effect to the crystal instead of the text "glow"

Juvies2 up as usual!

Dont forget to like and subscribe.

@Kaos_Comics I love puns!! I found the colors vibrant and the jokes needed. Sure I've heard the ol' "nice melons" joke before, but I never get tired of these puns and the fact you ended it with a Kissing Booth at the end put a nice twist I wasn't expecting. Also I really like your art style, I can see it being identifiable if I see any of your comics posted on other media outlets :')

Here's my latest page from my fantasy/romance Between the Realms, it's been a while since I posted here so....
here you go!
**Currently doing a Q&A for my readers, henche the little additions at the bottom of the recent pages*

@Wolven_Sister I love the coloring on this page. The textures are great, the outlining effective and distinct, helping to pop the characters out of the dark background and create a great look for the web. The only thing that confuses me is the paneling .... those two half panel breaks in the lower image -- I'm not sure what they are trying to convey. It may be that they're not trying to convey anything other than a sense of style! But it did make my brain go "???" a bit.

My new page of Atonement2!

@donathinfrye
The art looks really good! I like the blend of painterly art, with 3D rendering. It makes everything look really solid.
If you don't mind a small critique, be sure to look for consistency. Especially since it takes so long to make one of your pages. Melissa's dress went from being shiny on page 13 to being flat on page 14.
The characters look fun, and the plot has a lot of potential. You've got my interest, I'll be tagging along for the ride.

Here's my latest page of Maddy Scientist.
