Had to go look up the comic you are talking about and Geez! I had no idea there was something with that kind of visual here on Tapas. I have had to censor like very small body parts because my comic was flagged for a CHIBI image with a small butt crack showing”. I couldn't even believe i was messaged for that and my work was temporarily taken down. and here is the same website displaying a full grown man’s A**hole on a cover page. lol 
I have wondered why small creators have been hunted down and instructed to cover or either take down small explicit scenes and it all makes sense now. the idea is to divert as much readers as they can to their so called “Mature Section”, to sub, pay and read these comic. this way, they get as much viewers as possible. Giving small creators this kind of privilege will take away from their earrings due to the fact that there will now be more options and readers will have a variety of choice.
I don't believe that Tapas is protecting minors by putting “Mature”, comics behind a pay wall because i still think minors can have access to the mature content. all they need is to lie about their age if that's even an option and gain access to it. don't get me wrong, I’m not saying that tapas is catering explicit content to minors or anything, just pointing out that regardless some will somehow still have access to it.
at the end of all the rambling, my point is, if they are going to do all that, display things like that in the front page. other readers shouldn't be penalized for bear minimum. I’m personally tired of the discrimination because thats exactly what it feels like.
