I have be summoned from the depths of the void. Apparently. XD thanks I'm really happy you thought of me @Kelheor
So here is my boi Rokuzo. He has probably been the most open characters I have had to work with which makes his really easy to write. But I don't want to spoil my comic, so Ill give you his back story.
Rokuzo originally grew up in the Azeri wasteland. He was a son of a florist and he had 6 other sibling (with himself being one of the middle children) Due to his natural green thumb he was expected to take over the family business in his father's stead. Rokuzo had other interests in magic, which he used to augment his botany. Creating his signature plant magic, where he can grow plants nearly instantly, and command their growth patterns. But, his father never approved of Rokuzo's fascination with the life of a battle mage, and would condemn his magical prowess. Despite this, Rokuzo managed to get a job as a janitor in the mages guild where he would 'borrow' books from the library and research centers to educate himself. While working at the guild, he met a woman named Niifatyri (Ni-if-ah-tear-E) whom he later fell in love with and married her. Niifatyri's father disapproved of the marriage because she should not have married into a lower social class. So, they ran off and eloped, living on the outskirts of town. They lived a simple life in a near poverty state, which Rokuzo struggled to support his family. To bring in some extra cash to support his wife, and their unborn child, he volunteered himself to arcane experimentation which had made some irreversible changes to his body. He managed for a long time until some savory characters murdered his wife and child, and forced him to watch. He broke, and fell into a deep depression, allowing more and more dangerous experimentation to be done to him, causing his red colored eyes, and scared body. (This is one of the reason why he wears long sleeves and high collars) He has taken a long time to recover from these events, but they still haunt him and follow him around to the present day.
